Our product contains a proprietary blend of the following ingredients:
Purified Water, Organic Elderberries, Local Honey, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Cloves, Organic Fresh Ginger, non gmo organic Citric acid.

Our 8oz bottle contains 16 Tablespoons or 48 Teaspoons.
The recommended dosage is:
Preventative:
1/2-1 teaspoon a day for children
1/2-1 tablespoon a day for adults
Symptomatic:
Repeat dose every 4 hours up to 4 times per day

Our product is shipped priority mail and will arrive within 1-3 days.
Product must be refrigerated upon arrival for freshness. Bottle is good for 6 months if kept in the fridge.
